Tutelage provides assessment delivery, higher-education ERP, and AI-powered question authoring products including SentinelExamOS, UIMS by Tutelage, AM-AI Authoring Manager, and SelfEnabler. These services are provided to institutions, organizations, and enterprises under separate service agreements.
2. Website Use
- This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate communication with our team.
- You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the site.
- Content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Tutelage Education Services Pvt Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
3. Product and Service Terms
Use of Tutelage products (SentinelExamOS, UIMS, AM-AI) is governed by separate service agreements, subscription terms, or license agreements executed between Tutelage and the subscribing institution or organization. These Terms apply to the website; product-specific terms are provided during onboarding.
4. Assessment Integrity
Candidates and test-takers using Tutelage-powered assessments agree to:
- Comply with all assessment rules and integrity policies set by the administering institution.
- Not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with proctoring, lockdown, or anti-cheat controls.
- Not share, distribute, or reproduce assessment content, questions, or answers.
- Accept that violations may result in assessment invalidation, as determined by the administering institution.
5. Intellectual Property
- All Tutelage product names, logos, and branding are trademarks of Tutelage Education Services Pvt Ltd.
- Assessment content created by institutions using our platform remains the intellectual property of those institutions.
- The platform software, architecture, AI models, and technical implementations are proprietary to Tutelage.
6. Data and Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. For institutional data, Tutelage acts as a data processor on behalf of the subscribing institution (the data controller). Data processing agreements are available upon request.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tutelage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you (or your institution) for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of our platform and services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, updates, and unforeseen issues may cause temporary unavailability. Service-level commitments are specified in individual service agreements with subscribing institutions.
9. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these external sites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
