  • Proctoring data: When enabled for assessments, this may include webcam images, screen recordings, browser activity logs, and environment monitoring data, collected solely for exam integrity purposes.

  • To provide, operate, and improve our products and services (SentinelExamOS, UIMS, AM-AI).
  • To process and respond to your inquiries, demo requests, and support tickets.

  • Data is stored on secure servers with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS encryption in transit.

  • Assessment content is stored in encrypted question banks with transport-encrypted test packets for delivery.

Assessment data is retained according to the data retention policy agreed with each institution. Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months unless you request earlier deletion.
